Founding ML Engineer, Applied AI

Hussh is building Private Agent One — a private personal agent that acts only with its owner’s consent. The intelligence has to be real: retrieval, ranking, tool use, evaluation, and judgment under ambiguity, in production, on data that must stay private. You are an applied ML engineer who has shipped ML/AI into products people use every day — not notebooks, systems: data pipelines, evals, latency budgets, failure analysis, iteration with product. You know where LLMs end and engineering begins. You will own applied AI for Private Agent One alongside the founders: what the agent can do, how we know it did it well, and how it gets better every week. Our headquarters are in Kirkland, Washington, and Kirkland is the primary work location for this role. Founding role: equity, ownership, and problems worth your career.
