Front End Developer II

We are looking for a Front-End Developer II to join our remote team for a 2–3-month Contract assignment working 40 hours per week. This role focuses on strengthening email marketing operations, improving training materials, and supporting front-end implementation tied to branded templates and web experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, a careful eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve instructional materials, reference guides, and enablement resources for marketing-related processes.

• Support the rollout of a template-driven design framework by producing clear documentation and contributing to website implementation activities.

• Maintain sender profiles by serving as a backup resource for profile setup, validation, and compliance review.

• Build and manage data extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support Subscription 1.0 and 2.0 initiatives across multiple data inputs.

• Develop and execute email campaigns using modular brand templates for single-send and journey-based communications.

• Monitor campaign performance through reporting and analytics, and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency.

• Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks within email marketing workflows to streamline delivery and reduce manual effort.

• Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to ensure front-end and email assets align with brand standards and customer needs.

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, email marketing, or a closely related digital production role.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extensions, campaign execution, journey sends, and reporting.

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with experience supporting email design and front-end template implementation.

• Working knowledge of email campaign development, email marketing platforms, and modular template-based design systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage details accurately, and maintain high-quality output with minimal supervision.

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Customer-focused mindset with solid organizational skills and a process-driven approach to execution.
