AI Software Developer Intern (Undergraduate - Summer 2027)

Position Purpose: Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.

• Research and apply AI agents across specifications, coding, implementation, documentation, and delivery
• Build AI-supported dashboards and integrated developer-portal capabilities by identifying, connecting, analyzing, and visualizing near-real-time data from development tools
• Analyze and generate specifications, JIRA stories, acceptance criteria, project layouts, implementation plans, and other automated project artifacts
• Create training and documentation, support adoption of AI-enabled development practices and explore emerging technologies
• Learn various job functions within assigned department
• Perform various tasks and project-based work
• Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.

Pay Range: $18-26/hour
