Job Description
About Legend At Legend, we’re building next-level player experiences. With 20+ years of proven success we’re the world’s leading Sports and Gaming marketing company.
Our people are our edge. 600+ sharp, ambitious Legends across 22+ countries who move fast, learn quickly and win together. Here growth isn’t a perk, it’s the standard. You’ll stretch, level-up and carve out a career as bold as the products we build. We celebrate wins and create experiences that people talk about for years - for our players & for each other. If you’re ready to shape the future of player experience and enjoy the ride while you do it, this is where you’ll thrive.
The Role What if Treasury could do more than manage cash? What if it could help shape the financial future of a global business?
That’s the opportunity we’re building at Legend and Genius Sports.
Following the acquisition of Legend by Genius Sports, we’re bringing together our expertise to develop a more connected, commercially focused Treasury function. With a growing international footprint, significant banking relationships and an evolving financial structure, there’s an opportunity to rethink how we manage liquidity, financial risk and the value of our cash.
We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to join our expanding Group Treasury team, reporting directly to our Group Head of Treasury.
This is a hands-on role with real breadth. You’ll take ownership of cashflow forecasting, financial analysis, hedging activities and treasury operations, working closely with senior Finance stakeholders to turn complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
You’ll also have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how Treasury operates. From improving our cashflow forecasting to introducing smarter reporting, automation and systems, you’ll help build the infrastructure and processes that allow Treasury to become a genuine value-adding partner to the business.
Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll have exposure to both the operational and strategic sides of Treasury, with the opportunity to step up and support our Group Head of Treasury when needed.
If you enjoy getting into the numbers, solving complex problems and building better ways of working, this is an opportunity to make your mark on a Treasury function that’s evolving.
We value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every qualification listed.
Your Impact
- Turn cashflow data into better decisions. Take ownership of short-term liquidity forecasting, with a particular focus on building and improving our cashflow forecasts. Bring together data from multiple systems, analyse trends and variances, and give the business a clear picture of its cash position and future funding needs.
- Help protect and strengthen our financial position. Monitor FX and interest-rate exposures, support hedging activities and evaluate financial risks, helping the Group make informed decisions about managing debt, liquidity and financial commitments.
- Bring confidence to our debt and covenant reporting. Manage covenant calculations, compliance monitoring and lender reporting, ensuring accurate financial models, strong controls and early visibility of potential risks.
- Keep our global Treasury operations moving. Support the management of banking relationships, cash positioning, funding arrangements and treasury transactions across a complex international Group, ensuring effective execution and strong governance.
- Build smarter systems and processes. Improve the way Treasury captures, analyses and reports financial information. Use your analytical expertise and interest in technology to strengthen forecasting, introduce automation and help develop more efficient, scalable treasury processes.
- Be a trusted partner across Finance. Work closely with our Group Head of Treasury and wider Finance teams, translating complex financial information into meaningful insights, supporting key decisions and taking ownership when it matters.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong treasury experience. A background in corporate treasury, fund treasury, fiduciary services, banking or a similar environment, with broad exposure to cash management, liquidity and financial risk. An ACI Diploma (ACI Dip) and/or AMCT qualification would be highly advantageous, although equivalent hands-on treasury experience is equally valued.
