Job Description
Global Technology Group - International Tax Manager
I’m working with a global technology business to recruit an International Tax Manager into its global tax team. The role has a strong focus on international corporate tax compliance review, alongside transfer pricing and a varied range of projects and advisory work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of the review of corporate tax returns and supporting calculations prepared by external advisers across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Managing transfer pricing compliance, including reviewing Master File and Local File documentation and supporting intercompany transactions.
- Managing tax audits and supporting restructuring, entity rationalisation and other international advisory projects.
- Developing practical uses for AI across tax compliance, with the autonomy to take ideas forward.
We’re keen to speak with qualified tax professionals with strong corporate tax experience and exposure to jurisdictions beyond the UK. In-house experience would be particularly valuable.
