Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - Agentic Systems (Palantir Foundry & AIP)

Location: Europe (Fully remote)

Contract: 12 months + potential extension

Start Date: ASAP

RED Global is supporting a specialist consultancy at the forefront of Palantir Foundry and AI Platform (AIP) solutions in the search for multiple Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to join a growing delivery team.

Working remotely across Europe, you will partner with enterprise clients to design, build and deploy cutting-edge agentic AI solutions on some of the most innovative programmes currently in the market.

This is a hands-on engineering role for experienced Foundry professionals who can design, build and deploy production-grade agentic AI solutions while working closely with client stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building and deploying production-ready agentic workflows using Foundry and AIP
  • Developing pro-code AI agents using Python, TypeScript and OSDK
  • Building solutions with AIP Logic, Agent Studio and related Foundry capabilities
  • Acting as the technical lead and trusted advisor for client teams
  • Owning delivery from initial concept through to production deployment
  • Coaching and enabling client engineering teams to maintain and evolve delivered solutions

Required Experience

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
  • 5+ years of software engineering or platform engineering experience
  • Proven track record delivering agentic AI solutions within Foundry environments
  • Strong development skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of ontology design, data modelling and enterprise data architectures
  • Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working in consulting, professional services or client-facing delivery environments is highly desirable
  • Fluent English communication skills
