We’re Hiring: Digital Product Owner – Subscription Self- Serve

About the Role

We’re hiring a Digital Product Owner to support Client’s Subscription Self-Serve initiative — a foundational program enabling customers to complete the entire subscription lifecycle (selection, upgrade, payment, cancellation & renewal) directly within Client, without dealer intervention.

You’ll work closely with a Lead Product Owner in a tight-knit team of 4, helping drive 2026 roadmap commitments across billing integration, payment enablement, UI/UX redesign, role-based access, catalog sync, regulatory compliance, and multi-market readiness.

Job Title: Digital Product Owner – Subscription Self-Serve

Location: Peoria/Chicago, IL

Contract: 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $52.00 per hour on W2

What you’ll do:

• Support customer journey mapping and requirements design across purchase, upgrade, billing & cancellation workflows.
• Help prioritize the product backlog and collaborate with engineering, UX, billing, DSP integrations & regional teams.
• Create scalable models for direct-bill customers and multi-payment options.
• Use analytics and Voice of Customer insights to optimize user flows and drive subscription growth.
• Support pilot deployments and phased expansion to new customer groups and asset types

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 2–4 years of product owner experience
• — OR —
• 7+ years of hands-on product ownership experience (no degree required).
• Experience in agile environments with frequent iteration cycles.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, propose solutions & drive decisions with stakeholder input
