We work collaboratively across offices to deliver projects to a wide range of public and private clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the profession and has strong design, technical and interpersonal skills and can work on a wide variety of project types. As An Architectural Designer On Our Team, You Will

• Help foster complex architectural projects through each phase of a building’s design and construction under the supervision of a licensed Architect.
• Assist in the procurement of new architectural projects with new prospective clientele.
• Help manage communication between the design team, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Essential Qualifications

• Master of Architecture or 5-year Bachelor or Architecture Degree
• Experience or willingness to help foster complex architectural projects through each phase of a buildings design and construction phases.
• Rudimentary knowledge of building codes and accessible design; facility space planning, programming and interior functional layouts, site master planning and investigations, and construction administration activities.
• Mastery of Autodesk Revit
• Must be able to provide own means of reliable transportation for occasional travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site observations/visits, etc.
• Live within daily commuting distance of the either the Denver or Durango SEH Office.
• Work from home is acceptable; however, the candidate must be willing to work in the office as needed for team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience following completion of a Master of Architecture or 5-year Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited university.
• Previous experience with another firm producing design models and drawings using Autodesk Revit Software following completion of an architectural degree.
• Assoc. AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, Revit Certified Professional and/or other credentials.
