Role Description The Graphic Designer role at EXAR Digital is a remote position focused on creating high-quality visual assets for digital and print channels. On a day-to-day basis, the Graphic Designer collaborates with strategy and content teams to develop brand identities, logos, social media graphics, marketing collateral, and other design materials aligned with client objectives. The role involves interpreting briefs, creating concepts and moodboards, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The Graphic Designer works with modern design tools, maintains organized files and templates, and contributes to visual guidelines that support long-term brand recognition. This position also requires staying current with design trends and applying them in a way that enhances brand differentiation and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
• Applied knowledge of Typography, with the ability to select and pair typefaces that enhance readability and brand personality.
• Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar design software).
• Portfolio demonstrating modern, visually consistent work across branding, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines in a remote setting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with strategists, marketers, and content creators.
• Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
