No prior financial services experience is required. Training, mentorship, and guidance toward required licensing are available to help qualified candidates develop the knowledge and skills needed for the role.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and general planning needs.
• Educate clients about financial concepts and available financial solutions.
• Assist in discussing financial strategies related to retirement planning, wealth accumulation, college planning, investments, and insurance.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication and follow up with clients as appropriate.
• Work toward obtaining applicable industry licenses and meeting regulatory requirements.
