Vice President of Product Portfolio Management

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Product Portfolio Management to lead and oversee our product portfolio. This senior leadership role requires a dynamic individual who can drive business growth through effective management of product lines, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of management experience, demonstrating strong team leadership, business acumen, and project management skills. As a key member of the executive team, you will shape the direction of our product offerings and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for the product portfolio that support overall business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple products, ensuring they meet market demands, quality standards, and financial targets.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across departments such as marketing, sales, engineering, and operations to optimize product development and delivery processes.
• Oversee project management initiatives related to product launches, enhancements, and transitions to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Develop talent within the team through coaching, mentoring, and professional development initiatives to build a high-performing organization.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion or optimization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of management experience with a proven track record in leading large teams and managing complex portfolios.
• Extensive experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on business management and strategic planning.

Pay: $132,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
