• Conduct data entry with precision to update client records, policy details, and transaction logs using Microsoft Office tools and specialized insurance software
• Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up on claims or renewals, promoting additional coverage options when appropriate
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients, including multilingual support for Bilingual or multilingual customers
• Resolve customer issues by analyzing problems thoroughly and offering effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude
• Maintain organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while adhering to confidentiality protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or call center roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or insurance software
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed to handle large volumes of information efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism
• Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service problem-solving capabilities combined with active listening skills to address client concerns thoroughly
• Knowledge of phone etiquette, active listening techniques, and professional writing skills for clear documentation
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, including troubleshooting basic issues related to software or hardware as needed
• Previous experience in a call center environment or handling customer inquiries related to cash handling or billing is advantageous
