As the company continues expanding its product catalog and online presence, we are looking for a Web Developer who can take ownership of website development, maintenance, optimization, integrations, troubleshooting, and new feature implementation across multiple e-commerce websites.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Web Developer with 2–4 years of professional experience who has strong hands- on experience in website development, e-commerce platforms, WordPress/WooCommerce, frontend development, APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting.

This is a hands-on role involving multiple websites, product catalogs, e-commerce functionality, third-party integrations, website optimization, and ongoing development projects.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, understanding existing codebases, identifying technical issues, developing solutions, and communicating progress and blockers clearly.

The Web Developer will work closely with SEO, Content, Design, Product to maintain and continuously improve our digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Website Development & Maintenance

• Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites and web applications.
• Build new website features and functionality based on business requirements.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and functional web pages.
• Maintain and improve existing websites across multiple brands.
• Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs and technical issues.

1. WordPress & WooCommerce Development

• Develop and customize WordPress websites.
• Develop and maintain WooCommerce-based e-commerce websites.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins.
• Develop custom WooCommerce functionality.
• Customize product pages, category pages, cart, checkout, and account

functionality.

• Work with product variations, attributes, pricing, and B2B/B2C e-commerce

requirements.

• Troubleshoot WordPress and plugin conflicts.
• Integrate and customize third-party WordPress/WooCommerce plugins.
• Work with Elementor and other WordPress tools where required.

1. Frontend Development

• Develop responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build reusable components using React.js.
• Work with modern frontend development practices.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly website interfaces.
• Optimize frontend code for performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with designers to accurately implement UI/UX designs.

1. React & Next.js

• Develop and maintain applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable React components.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Implement dynamic pages and data-driven interfaces.
• Debug and optimize React/Next.js applications.
• Understand client-side and server-side functionality.
• Work with existing Next.js applications and improve functionality where required.

1. Backend & API Development

• Develop and maintain backend functionality using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build and integrate REST APIs.
• Connect frontend applications with backend services.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and error handling.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues.
• Understand API documentation and independently implement integrations.

1. Database Development

• Work with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Create and optimize SQL queries.
• Perform CRUD operations and data management.
• Work with ORM technologies such as Prisma or Sequelize.
• Understand database relationships and data structures.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues.

1. Third-Party Integrations

Work with and integrate external services required for e-commerce and business

operations, including:

• Payment gateways
• Shipping APIs
• Tax services
• Email services
• Product and marketplace APIs
• Business automation APIs
• Other third-party services
