Remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative/Sales

Join our team for a high-energy seasonal customer service opportunity supporting Dick’s Sporting Goods during the busy holiday season (November 18, 2026 – January 2, 2027)!

In this 100% remote role, you will assist sports enthusiasts and holiday shoppers with order placements, product recommendations, shipment tracking, and account inquiries. If you love sports, helping people, and working from home, this limited-engagement role is a great fit!

What You Will Do

Customer Support: Warmly greet customers and assist with product selection, order placement, returns, and replacements.

Order & Account Assistance: Support customers with shipment tracking, gift cards, loyalty rewards, store locations, and active sales promotions.

Problem Solving: Listen to customer concerns and find practical solutions quickly with patience and empathy.

Sales Support: Guide shoppers to the right products by asking open-ended questions and offering helpful solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience is a plus.

Sports Knowledge: Working knowledge or passion for sports and outdoor activities is highly preferred!

Technical Skills:

Typing speed of 25+ WPM.

Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Key Strengths:

Excellent active listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to follow compliance processes.

Equipment & Internet Requirements

Monitors: Dual monitors/displays required (19” or larger; laptop screens do not count as a monitor).

Headset & Camera: USB hardwired headset with phone-quality audio; webcam required during classroom certification.

Internet Provider Note: Spectrum internet users must have a Spectrum Business Account (residential Spectrum service is not supported on this program).

Duration: Limited Engagement (Nov 18, 2026 – Jan 2, 2027)

Pay: $9.00 - $9.50 per hour
