Logistics Sales Assistant

Description:

The Sales Assistant role is centered around supporting the National Sales Team. The Sales Assistant is dedicated to the team and works to create more time for the team to sell as opposed to managing operational needs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Create loads for won business

• Manage communication with consignments to collect hours of operation, condition of vehicles, readiness of vehicles for transport, etc.

• Manage external customer portals and systems as needed

• Ensure client orders are fulfilled effectively (dispatched, tracked and delivered)

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the greater ACI Transport team on needs for the sales team

• Assist operations department with dispatches on related loads

• Participate in client meetings as needed

• Prepare updates for clients as needed

Core Metrics:

• Number of Shipments and Legs Created to SOP

• Number of Legs Dispatched

Secondary Metrics:

• DOT % for Sales Team

• Coverage % for Sales Team

• GP% for sales Team

• Average transport days for sales team

• Coverage Time for sales team

Core Competencies:

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

• Proficient with the Windows OS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to manage time independently and effectively

• 1+ Year logistics operations experience

Suggested Competencies:

• 1+ Year of logistics dispatch experience in a 3PL

• Experience working within a sales team

• Experience working within a TMS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php440,132.00 - Php754,512.00 per year
