App Mechanic is a full-service development agency specializing in Web Applications, Mobile Apps, AI Solutions, and Game Development. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an AI-Native Web Developer who can build modern, production-ready web applications by effectively leveraging AI-powered development tools and workflows.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for developers who can turn ideas into working web products quickly and efficiently.

From SaaS platforms and customer portals to admin dashboards, business applications, and AI-powered web solutions, you’ll work across the complete development lifecycle — from frontend interfaces and backend APIs to database integration and deployment.

This role is ideal for developers who embrace AI-native development, use tools such as Claude Code and Cursor as part of their everyday workflow, and understand how to turn AI-generated code into reliable, maintainable, production-ready software.

We value your ability to build and ship real products over the number of years you’ve spent coding.

What We’re Looking For?

• 0–3 years of web development experience
• Strong understanding of modern frontend and backend development
• Experience building responsive web applications from scratch
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or similar
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or Supabase
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools, including:
• Claude Code
• Cursor
• GitHub Copilot
• ChatGPT
• Windsurf
• Other AI-assisted coding tools
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, and implementation
• Ability to review, understand, test, and improve AI-generated code rather than blindly accepting it
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to take a feature from an idea or prompt to a working, deployed solution

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLM APIs
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini APIs
• Experience with Supabase, serverless functions, or managed backend services
• Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, or similar deployment platforms
• Understanding of Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and development workflows
• Experience with payment gateways, webhooks, and third-party APIs
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma
• Experience working in a startup or software development agency

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and deploy modern web applications and SaaS products
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces and backend services
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, authentication systems, and third-party services
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve productivity
• Convert product requirements, wireframes, and prompts into functional features
• Review and debug AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability
• Test applications, identify issues, and optimize performance
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers
• Manage code using Git and follow good development practices
• Continuously experiment with emerging AI-native development tools and workflows
