Part-Time Assistant

Part-Time Assistant, SmileSip (Remote, Marietta GA area)
Pay: $15 to $18 per hour, entry level, about 10 hours a week

SmileSip is a dental professional founded and led oral care brand that makes healthy smiles easy on the go. We are a growing startup based in Marietta, and we are looking for an organized, upbeat assistant to support our small team. This is an entry-level role that starts at about 10 hours a week, is remote and flexible, and includes a one-hour team meeting on Sundays. As SmileSip grows, there is real room to grow with us and take on more.

What you will do
- Help our founder, Misty, and our team lead, Jill, stay on top of tasks and deadlines
- Keep a simple list of projects and open items
- Send friendly follow-ups so nothing slips
- Use Pickaxe AI tools to help with SmileSip’s social media
- Look for local community events where SmileSip can take part
- Join our one-hour Sunday team meeting

What we are looking for
- Organized and reliable
- Friendly, clear communication
- Interest in social media and AI tools (we will teach you the rest)
- Eager to learn and grow with a startup
- Bonus: ties to the Marietta and Cobb County community, or interest in health, wellness, or dental care
