Assistant Accountant / Accounts Executive / Finance Executive

Role Description The Director role at Jharkhand Engineer’s Hub is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the platform. The Director will coordinate with core team members to plan initiatives, manage content and resource workflows, and ensure timely delivery of verified updates, study materials, and career guidance. This role involves building and nurturing partnerships with educational institutions, industry professionals, and student communities to expand JEHUB’s reach and impact. The Director will monitor performance metrics, optimize processes, and support community engagement across digital channels such as Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and other social media platforms. The position also includes mentoring team leads, guiding volunteers, and ensuring alignment with JEHUB’s mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coordinating remote or distributed teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in strategic planning, project management, and organizational development to guide platform growth and operations.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and community-building skills, including experience engaging with students or educational communities.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with digital platforms and social media tools used for education, outreach, and content distribution (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube).
• Candidates should possess a background or strong interest in education, engineering, or career development, with prior experience in academic support, training, or mentoring being beneficial.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to use data and feedback to improve processes and learner experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, education, management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in educational initiatives or student-focused programs will also be considered.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time remote setup, demonstrating reliability, integrity, and commitment to JEHUB’s mission.
