Network OSS & Observability Architect / Lead

Role Summary:

Lead the strategy, architecture, engineering, and continuous improvement of Network OSS and Observability platforms across a global enterprise. Drive network visibility, monitoring, automation, AIOps, and service assurance capabilities to improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute OSS & Network Observability roadmap and architecture.
• Design scalable monitoring, telemetry, fault management, and AIOps solutions.
• Lead implementation and integration of OSS, NMS, and observability platforms.
• Drive network automation, CI/CD, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Establish real-time monitoring, proactive alerting, and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders globally.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and guidance on network observability best practices.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8+ years in Network Architecture, OSS, NMS, and Observability solutions.
• Strong knowledge of telemetry, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and AIOps platforms.
• Experience with cloud, hybrid, SDN, SASE, network virtualization, and enterprise networking.
• Hands-on expertise in automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Good understanding of Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO27001 frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• TOGAF, ITIL v4
• CCNP/CCIE
• AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent

Scope:

Global role supporting network observability and OSS capabilities across 65+ countries and 500+ locations.
