About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, PROVIDER AND RWD HEALTH SYSTEMS APPLICATIONS, leads the development and scaling of physician-facing real-world data applications. This role is responsible for integrating molecular and clinical data into unified digital experiences that support treatment decisions. The position collaborates across multiple teams to deliver tools that provide enriched patient insights, improve clinical workflows, and expand the utility of genomic testing in practice. This role directly impacts how physicians access and use complex clinical information to improve care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and roadmap for RWD applications.
• Integrate various genomic tests into a unified oncology digital platform.
• Work with AI/ML teams to develop patient- and clinic-level insights, including clinical trial matching.
• Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and data governance standards.
• Own the physician-facing user experience combining molecular results and clinical events.
• Facilitate EMR/EHR integration and mobile access for seamless provider experience.
• Develop analytics frameworks to support continuous product improvement.
• Deliver tools that highlight therapies, track treatment response, and monitor disease progression.
• Support collaboration features for physicians.
• Connect clinical and molecular data to treatment pathways and outcomes.
• Partner with marketing and clinical teams on enablement and adoption.
• Define and launch a de-identified aggregated research platform for health systems.
• Engage physicians and academic collaborators to translate clinical needs into product features.
• Track key performance indicators related to physician use of RWD applications.
• Represent the RWD platform at external events as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of product management or related experience in healthcare, genomics, engineering, or AI/ML.
• Deep knowledge of oncology and experience collaborating with physicians.
• Proven experience building clinician-facing software integrated into clinical workflows.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM-driven clinical data with attention to data transparency and review processes.
• Proficiency in managing backlogs, writing user stories, and Agile methodologies.
• SQL or equivalent data querying skills for product validation and metrics.
• Track record of defining and improving product KPIs.
• Strong understanding of oncology/genomics clinical concepts.
• Commitment to user-centered design and translating needs into impactful products.
• Effective communication skills with clinical, technical, and commercial teams.

Preferred:

• Regular use of AI tools for prototyping and specification drafting.
• Experience with EHR integration standards and platforms.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML capabilities and limitations.
• Familiarity with PHI handling, HIPAA, and regulated clinical software environments.
• Knowledge of FDA clinical decision support or SaMD regulations.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Remote USA salary range: $165,800 to $207,300 USD.
• Actual compensation will depend on candidate experience, skills, certifications, and location-specific factors.
