Job Description

A Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) specializing in Digital Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms bridges the gap between complex media engineering workflows and business delivery.They own the end-to-end execution of video streaming products across web, mobile, and connected TV devices

Responsibilities:

  • Overall experience of 10-15 years with strong development background in Full Stack, Cloud and AI technologies
  • Have leadership experience of 5+ years and executed several modernization and transformation projects in Media domain
  • OTT Tech Stack Oversight: Manage delivery of video encoding, packaging, Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), Digital Rights Management (DRM), and low-latency streaming protocols
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Led team size of 20+ across software engineers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to release features like live streaming, video-on-demand (VOD), and personalized recommendations
  • Lifecycle & Release Management: Drive Agile/Scrum planning, sprint execution, risk mitigation, and CI/CD pipeline efficiency for high-scale consumer applications
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Align product roadmaps with executive goals and manage third-party technology vendor contracts (e.g., cloud infrastructure and analytics providers)

Essential Skills

  • Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with video workflows, monetization models (AVOD, SVOD), and multi-platform client apps (iOS, Android, Roku, Smart TVs).
  • Technical Fluency: Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), microservices architectures, and API integrations
  • Governance & Budgeting: Tracking delivery metrics, optimizing cycle times, and managing program financial budgets
