About The Role We are seeking a talented and driven Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping high-leverage product experiences by designing intuitive, effective, and delightful user interfaces and user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders from the initial concept phase through to polished delivery, ensuring that every product interaction aligns with our standards of excellence. Leveraging AI tools, you will prototype and build interactive designs, turning rough ideas into production-ready front-end code. Your role will also involve validating designs through customer feedback, analyzing metrics, and identifying opportunities for impactful product improvements. This position offers a unique chance to work at the intersection of design and cutting-edge AI technology, contributing to products used by millions globally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably within digital product environments
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Experience with AI-driven design tools and interactive prototyping
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and ability to generate production-ready code
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think from first principles
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers
• Ambition and drive to deliver high-impact product solutions
• Ability to analyze user data, run tests, and adapt designs based on insights

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality UI/UX concepts, from initial sketches to final delivery, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Utilize AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to prototype and generate frontend code, accelerating the design-to-development process
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from project inception through QA and release phases
• Define clear UX requirements early in the product development lifecycle and stay involved throughout the build process
• Engage with customers directly to gather feedback, conduct usability tests, and refine designs accordingly
• Track key metrics such as user retention, funnel conversion, and adoption to evaluate design effectiveness and inform future iterations
• Identify high-leverage opportunities within the product backlog that can unlock significant business value
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and AI advancements to continually elevate the quality of work
