Job Description

On behalf of our client, an award-winning hospitality design studio recognised for its distinctive, concept-led approach, we are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Interior Designer to join its internationally renowned team. Working with leading hotel groups, developers, chefs and hospitality operators worldwide, the studio is known for creating distinctive spaces and compelling design concepts. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-profile hospitality projects from initial concept through to completion.

The ideal candidate will combine creative flair and strong technical expertise with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of luxury hospitality and the guest experience.

You will lead multiple projects and design teams, developing creative concepts, narratives and client presentations while ensuring design intent is maintained throughout delivery. Responsibilities will include managing client relationships, mentoring designers, reviewing design and technical packages, overseeing FF&E specifications and coordinating with consultants, suppliers and contractors. You will also take responsibility for project programmes, budgets, resources and quality, including supporting FF&E procurement and on-site installation.

Applicants should have at least eight years’ interior design experience, with a strong background in hospitality and F&B projects delivered from concept to completion. Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is essential, alongside strong technical knowledge of interior architecture, bespoke joinery, lighting, FF&E and construction documentation.

You should have proven experience leading teams, managing client relationships and coordinating multiple projects, with excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Experience in international or ultra-luxury hospitality is advantageous, as is proficiency in SketchUp and AI visualisation tools.
