About Jarrah

Jarrah is a premium Australian honey brand selling across the UAE and Qatar through its own websites, WhatsApp commerce and four advertising platforms. Our systems are built in-house, and this role owns them end to end.

What you will own

E-commerce

* Develop and maintain jarrah.ae and the Qatar site: checkout, product catalogue, bilingual Arabic/English content and locale routing

* Build and run our Shopify store and support a controlled migration when approved

* Run the Jarrah Club membership and loyalty engine: tiers, points and redemption rules

Marketing data & tracking

* Maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API, plus Snapchat, TikTok and Google Ads conversion tracking

* Keep campaign-to-order attribution accurate (UTMs, order-source tagging, WhatsApp click attribution) so performance is measured from actual sales

* Operate our Campaign Intelligence system: ad-data ingestion, anomaly alerts, dashboards and weekly reports

Integrations & automation

* WhatsApp Business API: message templates, automated notifications and invoice delivery

* Zoho CRM and Zoho Books integrations, including Deluge functions

* Workflow automation and AI-assisted tools using LLM APIs

Search & AI visibility

* Technical SEO and structured data (Schema.org, hreflang, canonical tags), AI-crawler access and llms.txt

* Page speed and Core Web Vitals

Reliability & security

* Hosting, domains, DNS, SSL and corporate email

* Git version control, staging-to-production releases, scheduled backups and access control

* Up-to-date documentation of every system, with all accounts and credentials registered under company ownership

Requirements

* 3+ years of full-stack web development (PHP and/or JavaScript/Node.js) with MySQL

* Proven e-commerce work on Shopify and/or WooCommerce

* Hands-on experience with Meta Conversions API and server-side tracking

* REST APIs and webhooks; WhatsApp Business API experience strongly preferred

* Disciplined Git workflow and release process

* Clear written English; Arabic is a plus

* Portfolio of live projects

Nice to have

* Zoho Deluge, n8n or Make, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio

* Building Arabic right-to-left interfaces

* GCC e-commerce experience: payment gateways, BNPL and VAT invoicing

* A short update every Monday: what was completed and what is blocked

* Business decisions (pricing, payments, launches) sit with management; you own the technical execution and its quality
