Job Description
Rust Developer
Remote
6-Month Contract (Extendable up to 1 Year)
Key Requirements:
3-6 years of professional experience in building production systems using Rust
Strong expertise in Ownership, Borrowing, Lifetimes, Traits, and Async Programming (Tokio/async-std)
2+ years of experience with Rust web frameworks such as Actix-web, Axum, or Rocket Hands-on experience with REST APIs and gRPC services
Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite using Diesel or SQLx
Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
Strong problem-solving skills, especially in memory safety and concurrency
Knowledge of systems design patterns and performance optimization
Exposure to Agile/Scrum, TDD, and DevOps practices
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
Good to Have:
Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm) What Were Looking For:
