Designer - Native Mobile & Visual Design(5+ Years)

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma and mobile application design. The ideal candidate should have a mobile-first mindset, a keen eye for visual design, and the ability to create intuitive, secure, and user-friendly experiences for financial applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, mobile-first user interfaces and seamless user experiences for iOS and Android applications.
• Use Figma to create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and reusable components.
• Design and maintain scalable design systems and shared component libraries.
• Present complex financial information, including charts, balances, and graphs, in a clear and accessible format.
• Apply platform-specific design guidelines, mobile ergonomics, and native UI patterns.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to improve workflows and overall user experience.
• Ensure visual consistency, typography, accessibility, and accuracy across screens.
• Design effective error states, loading indicators, and other edge-case scenarios.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.

Required Skill Set

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, advanced prototyping, and component properties.
• Experience in mobile UI/UX design with a mobile-first approach.
• Good understanding of native UI patterns and platform guidelines for iOS and Android.
• Expertise in data visualization and presenting complex information clearly.
• Strong knowledge of typography, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing applications in the banking, trading, or fintech domain.
• Familiarity with financial security workflows, including biometric authentication and two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Knowledge of micro-interactions and motion design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions in terms of business objectives and user needs.
• High attention to detail, particularly in financial data accuracy and complex user workflows.
• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and evolving regulatory standards.
