ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of the Sales Manager, your key focus will be to:

• prospect - develop a target list of new potential accounts and undertake tele-sales and other prospecting activity to realise potential revenues
• sell - to undertake sales trips as determined by annual sales trip and tradeshow planner
• conduct site inspections, escort and host FAM trips as required
• attend pre-cons and post-event de-briefs as required
• produce quarterly action plan to agreed standard recording previous quarter’s activity and future quarter’s planned activity, including reporting on revenue and activity goals

ABOUT YOU

Do you have:-

• Previous experience in luxury proactive sales within 5 star hotels or luxury travel environment
• Proven record of creating, selling and executing transient business within the speciality segment
• Strong commercial acumen, drive and motivation to make and exceed goals that are set
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the sales process
• Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (working knowledge of Sales Force Delphi is a plus)
