Job Description
Role Title: Game Developer
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
We are seeking experienced Game Developers to create realistic gameplay challenges that help evaluate and improve AI systems. Developers from AAA studios, indie teams, or solo projects are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Build small game projects or interactive scenes using major game engines.
- Create realistic gameplay bugs and feature-development challenges.
- Write clear task instructions and acceptance criteria.
- Develop reference solutions for bug fixes and feature implementations.
- Define success criteria, including expected visuals, inputs, and in-game states.
- Playtest tasks to ensure they are reliable and solvable.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated game development experience with a strong portfolio or published projects.
- Proficiency in Unity, Godot, or Unreal Engine.
- Experience with C#, GDScript, C++, or Blueprints.
- Strong debugging, gameplay testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in game QA, technical or systems design, automated testing, or AI evaluation.
Compensation Payment is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
