Product Manager

At Remote Latinos, we are seeking a strategic, analytical Product Manager to join our selection process for a high-growth U.S. marketing agency serving 300+ venues and local businesses nationwide.

In this role, the “product” is the end-to-end service delivered to clients: paid ad campaigns, lead funnels, automated SMS/email follow-ups, and tour/appointment conversions. You will sit in a strategic, behind-the-scenes seat—analyzing performance data, diagnosing funnel drop-offs, synthesizing client feedback, and designing concrete service improvements, new feature add-ons, and optimized workflows.

• Compensation: $2,500 – $3,000+ USD/month (Open to higher ranges for exceptional candidates with proven agency/growth track records).
• Schedule: Full-Time Aligned with standard U.S. business hours.
• Location: 100% Remote (Exclusively for candidates in Latin America).

What You’ll Do:

• End-to-End Funnel Analysis: Examine paid ad capture, SMS/email sequences, and tour booking conversion points to fix drop-offs and improve client results.
• Nurturing & Messaging Optimization: Drive structured A/B tests on conversational SMS sequences, pre-qualification steps, and lead follow-up response rates.
• Product Improvement Roadmap: Synthesize recurring client feedback and operational complaints across departments into a prioritized feature and service roadmap.
• Market & Competitor Research: Monitor new marketing tech, CRM platforms, and automation tools to identify expansion opportunities and new service add-ons.
• Cross-Functional Rollouts: Collaborate with paid media, CRM automation, and delivery teams to deploy service upgrades and measure post-launch impact.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• 4+ Years Experience: Direct experience in Product Management , Growth , or Service Design within an agency, startup, or marketing-focused company.
• Strong Digital Marketing Foundations: Hands-on understanding of paid traffic, lead funnels, CRM workflows, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Analytical & Systems Mindset: Comfort analyzing messaging drop-off metrics, working with automation tools, and designing testable changes.
• Advanced English Fluency (C1+): Exceptional verbal and written skills to articulate data-driven strategies over Slack and video calls with U.S. leadership.
• Proven Rollout Track Record: Demonstrated history of launching new product features, service offers, or workflow enhancements from concept to execution.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in a marketing agency or SaaS company built for local businesses or marketers.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, SMS conversational marketing, or all-in-one CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot).
• Exposure to the wedding, events, hospitality, or local-services industries.
