We’re hiring an AI Automation & Systems Manager to build and maintain the AI workflows, integrations, automated reporting, and internal systems that improve efficiency across the ecommerce team.
You’ll own the technical infrastructure behind smarter workflows—connecting advertising, website, customer, and business data; building automated reporting and Slack alerts; identifying operational bottlenecks; and creating systems that allow the team to surface problems and act on them faster.
This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll be expected to take a rough brief, understand the underlying business problem, determine the best technical solution, build it, troubleshoot it, and maintain it independently. If you’re a technical builder who understands ecommerce and enjoys combining APIs, coding, AI, automation, and data to solve real business problems, you’ll feel right at home.
