AI & VFX Editor (Compositing)

We’re looking for a skilled AI & VFX Editor who specializes in visual effects, AI-generated visuals, and compositing to help bring creative concepts to life for YouTube videos.

The ideal candidate can combine real footage with digital elements to create realistic, seamless, and visually impressive effects that capture viewers’ attention. We’re looking for someone who understands how to make visual effects look natural within a scene, rather than simply adding effects on top of footage.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual effects and composites for YouTube videos.
• Use AI tools to generate or enhance visual elements when appropriate.
• Combine live-action footage with CGI, AI-generated assets, and other visual elements.
• Ensure lighting, shadows, colors, perspective, and movement blend naturally between real footage and added elements.
• Create seamless transitions between original footage and visual effects.
• Work with provided footage and creative direction to achieve the desired visual outcome.
• Revise and refine effects based on feedback to meet the project’s quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in VFX editing, compositing, and integrating digital elements into live-action footage.
• Experience using AI tools for visual creation, enhancement, or effects workflows.
• Strong understanding of visual realism, lighting, shadows, perspective, and color matching.
• Ability to produce polished, believable effects suitable for high-quality YouTube content.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, Nuke, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow creative direction.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly throughout the project.
