Visual Designer

REMOTE Long-term contract- thru March 2027 Our client is seeking a Visual Designer to support employer-focused marketing campaigns promoting services that employers can opt into. Working closely with the marketing team, this person will develop email design concepts using an established email component library, refine selected designs, and support the launch process. The ideal candidate has a strong visual design sense and an interest in campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing to develop 3-4 email design concepts for review and selection.
• Use the established email component library to develop and refine email designs.
• Collaborate with marketing to finalize designs for employer-based marketing campaigns.
• Support campaign launches by assisting with quality assurance (QA), fixes, and design tweaks as needed.
• Bring a strong visual design perspective while considering campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Experience designing marketing emails or campaign creative within an established component library.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing partners and develop multiple design concepts.
• Attention to detail and willingness to support QA, troubleshooting, and refinements.
• Interest in how visual design contributes to marketing campaign performance.

• Independent contributor role.
• Contract currently expected to run through March 2027.
• Marketing will manage the email launches, with the designer supporting QA and any necessary fixes or adjustment.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
