Job Description
An employer is seeking an experienced Java Developer for a 6-month contract role, supporting an AWS migration programme.
The Role
- Migrate services from a single AWS account to a multi-account AWS environment
- Write, review, test, and monitor production-quality code
- Design and write high-quality Java code
- Review code produced by other developers
- Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team
What You’ll Need
- Strong commercial Java development experience
- Strong hands-on coding ability
- Experience with Spring Boot
- Good knowledge of AWS services and cloud environments
- Experience writing and maintaining unit tests
- Experience monitoring applications and investigating logs
