Job Description – Backend Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Backend Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, API architecture, database management and cloud-based applications.

You will work closely with frontend developers and creative technology teams to build scalable, secure and high-performance applications across web, interactive digital experiences and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.

● Build secure, high-performance server-side applications using Node.js and TypeScript.

● Design and manage databases, data structures and application workflows.

● Integrate third-party services, external APIs and AI-powered solutions.

● Develop backend services supporting interactive web applications and digital platforms.

● Implement authentication, authorization, data security and access controls.

● Optimize application performance, database queries and server response times.

● Manage application deployment, cloud infrastructure and backend monitoring.

● Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration.

● Contribute to system architecture, technical documentation and reusable development workflows.

● Support future development involving analytics, automation and offline/online application synchronization.

Required Technical Skills

● Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.

● Experience with Express.js or NestJS.

● Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, server-side architecture and API integration.

● Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB, including database design and optimization.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
