Contractual .NET Developer (Bench Candidate Only)

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Remote, India

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Key Skills:

● Strong experience with C# and .NET 8

● Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC, Razor Pages, Web API, and Entity Framework Core

● Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

● Experience developing .NET 8 APIs for mobile and web applications

● Experience developing .NET 8 Worker Services for scheduled and long-running background jobs

● Strong experience with PostgreSQL 16+ and writing efficient SQL queries

● Experience with Liquibase changelogs and PowerShell scripts for database schema changes

● Working knowledge of jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

● Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns

● Experience with Git and Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, and Boards

● Experience with environment-based branching and Agile/Scrum practices

● Hands-on experience with .NET 8 and Visual Studio 2026 or recent versions

Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain web applications including admin and franchisee portals using C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core MVC, Razor Pages, and jQuery

● Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services

● Develop and support .NET 8 APIs consumed by iOS applications and Next.js/React member portals

● Build and maintain .NET 8 Worker Services for scheduled and long-running background processes

● Write clean, testable code and maintain unit and integration tests

● Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries using Entity Framework Core

● Manage database schema changes through Liquibase SQL changelogs and PowerShell scripts

● Use Azure DevOps Repos and Pipelines to build and promote releases across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD

● Follow branch-per-environment workflows for deployments

● Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning

● Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, reliability, and security

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus or AWS equivalents

● Knowledge of microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes

● Frontend experience with Next.js and React

● Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka

● Experience with DBeaver and Liquibase Community CLI

● Familiarity with Visual Studio Code and Node.js 22+

● Strong PowerShell scripting experience for database and deployment activities

Qualification:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
