SHOPIFY DEVELOPER

We are a Kerala based digital marketing agency looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow online stores for our clients. Working remotely, you will optimize listings, run campaigns, and deliver clear performance reporting across a portfolio of e-commerce accounts in different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of client e-commerce stores and marketplaces (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO keywords.
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales for multiple clients, aligned with each brand’s goals.
• Work with the paid media, SEO, social, and content teams to deliver integrated growth strategies.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, cart abandonment, and ROAS.
• Prepare weekly and monthly client reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support email marketing, retargeting, and social commerce activities.
• Coordinate with client teams on inventory, pricing, logistics, and product launches.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Troubleshoot store issues and liaise with developers and designers on site improvements.
• Communicate with clients regularly and manage deadlines across multiple accounts.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in an agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms, plus marketplace seller portals.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong client communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage several clients and priorities at once.
• Comfortable with remote tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana/ClickUp/Trello, Google Workspace).
