Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, Python, AI/ML integrations, and DevOps. The ideal candidate has worked on live production projects and understands the complete software development lifecycle, from designing and developing applications to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, Python, and FastAPI.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI APIs into applications.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
• Deploy and manage applications using cloud platforms and DevOps tools.
• Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.
• Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and Python.
• Experience developing and maintaining live production applications.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development.
• Experience building REST APIs, backend services, and microservice architectures.
• Practical experience integrating AI/ML solutions, LLMs, or Generative AI APIs.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Working knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver production-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, or other Python backend frameworks.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, application security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with AI agents, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or LLM-based applications.
• Understanding of automated testing, logging, monitoring, and production support.

Compensation

₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and technical proficiency.
