Job Description

Position Overview

The AI-Native Technical Architect II serves as a senior technical leader responsible for guiding solution architecture within a dedicated business area in the healthcare domain. This role bridges strategic business intent and hands-on software delivery, orchestrating AI agents, APIs, microservices, and data workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

Practical Experience

· Experience: designing and delivering enterprise web applications, backend systems, microservices, and workflow-oriented platforms.

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Expertise

· Languages & Frameworks: Strong command of modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Golang, Spring) and enterprise API design.

· Cloud & Distributed Systems: Deep expertise in cloud-native design, microservices, streaming architectures, and system integration patterns.

· AI Engineering Practices: Familiarity with AI-assisted software development, agentic workflows, copilots, automated test generation, and intelligent workflow orchestration.

· SDLC & Operations: Solid background in CI/CD, DevOps, observability tools (APM), and Agile methodologies.
