About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated CI/CD DevOps Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating build, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure processes, enabling faster and more reliable software releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices across software development and release lifecycles.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and release workflows.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes.
• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment efficiency and system reliability.

  Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or Platform Engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

• Experience with source control systems such as Git.

• Good knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting (Bash/Python).

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience in automotive software development environments.

• Knowledge of security scanning and DevSecOps practices.

• Experience with artifact repositories such as Nexus or Artifactory.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform).

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems architectures.

  Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in CI/CD and DevOps engineering.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
