Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer on behalf of our top Financial Services client with strong expertise in React.js, Java, and API development to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building modern web applications, developing microservices, and integrating front-end and back-end systems while following best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

· Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.

· Build reusable UI components and implement modern front-end architecture.

· Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.

· Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Back-End Development

· Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java (Java 11/17+) and Spring Boot.

· Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

· Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.

· Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards.

API & Integration

· Design, develop, and consume REST APIs.

· Integrate applications with internal and external systems.

· Implement API security using OAuth2, JWT, and other authentication mechanisms.

· Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues.

Database & Cloud

· Design and optimize database schemas and queries.

· Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.

· Support cloud-native application deployment and monitoring.

· Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.

Leadership & Collaboration

· Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.

· Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

· Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

· Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.

· Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

· Experience with microservices architecture.

· Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

· Experience with SQL databases (Snowflake, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

· Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

· Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
