.NET Full Stack Development & Cloud Solutions

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Manager with strong expertise in .NET Full Stack Development, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Application Management. The ideal candidate will lead software development teams, drive cloud transformation initiatives, oversee application architecture, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing business solutions.

This role combines technical leadership, people management, solution architecture, and strategic planning to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, technical leads, DevOps engineers, and QA professionals.
• Establish development standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and technical coaching.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Application Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.

• Provide technical leadership for full-stack solutions using:

• ASP.NET Core
• C#
• .NET Framework/.NET 8+
• MVC/Web API
• Entity Framework

• SQL Server

• Review application architecture and ensure scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Skills

• Lead cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on:

• Microsoft Azure (preferred)

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Additional)

• Manage cloud services including:

• Azure App Services
• Azure Functions
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Azure SQL Database
• Azure Storage
• Azure Key Vault

• Azure API Management

• Drive CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure applications comply with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Implement authentication and authorization frameworks using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
• Monitor vulnerabilities and oversee remediation efforts.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain application performance, availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Monitor production environments and implement proactive troubleshooting processes.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
• 3+ years of experience architecting and managing cloud solutions.
