Job Description

Position: Consumer Reviewer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50 - $150/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Read sample questions about government services and assess their authenticity.
  • Review AI-generated answers for clarity and helpfulness.
  • Provide honest, specific feedback in your own words.
  • Suggest improvements to make questions or answers more understandable.

Requirements

  • Have strong relevant experience with Medicare or another government service.
  • Comfortable with basic online tasks.
  • Ability to provide clear, honest feedback.
