DevOps Engineer - (Azure) - Healthcare

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support cloud infrastructure, automation, deployment processes, and production operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and system administration across Linux and Windows environments.

This role is well suited for a technically strong, hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, improving infrastructure reliability, and supporting stable, scalable production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and related services.
• Manage and support Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins environments.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to support reliable application deployments.
• Perform Linux and Windows system administration, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve networking, infrastructure, and connectivity issues.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Shell, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Monitor system performance, infrastructure health, and application availability.
• Provide production support, investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Implement infrastructure improvements and automation to increase operational efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, development, and operations teams to support deployments and maintain system stability.
• Follow established security, infrastructure, and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, or a related technical role.
• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Azure environments.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Linux and Windows system administration.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing automation scripts using Python and/or Shell scripting.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) and automated provisioning.
• Experience supporting cloud-based production environments and CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of configuration management, cloud security, and infrastructure best practices.
• Experience improving monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
