ABOUT THE ROLE

RMC Distance Education Centre is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer cum Content Creator to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for designing attractive promotional materials and creating engaging content for the institution’s digital marketing and social media activities.

Freshers with creativity, basic design skills, and an interest in content creation are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design social media posts, promotional posters, banners, and advertisements for educational courses.

* Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

* Develop creative ideas for course promotions and admission campaigns.

* Write captions, headlines, and short promotional content in Malayalam and English.

* Design creatives for Meta Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.

* Prepare content for degree, postgraduate, diploma, and other educational programmes.

* Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.

* Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Executive and Videographer cum Video Editor for marketing campaigns.

* Research social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.

* Complete assigned designs and content within deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS

* Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation.

* Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

* Good creative thinking and visual communication skills.

* Basic Malayalam and English writing skills.

* Understanding of social media platforms and promotional content.

* Ability to create attractive and audience-focused designs.

* Willingness to learn new tools and improve creative skills.

ELIGIBILITY

* Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

* Candidates with a degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field are preferred.

* Candidates with practical design skills can apply even without formal work experience.

* A portfolio containing sample designs, posters, or social media content will be an advantage.
