About This Position

Advantech is seeking a Product Manager I to own and grow assigned product lines within our iHealthcare portfolio. Our medical computing solutions support applications such as medical equipment, imaging, surgical systems, and hospital workflows.

This role combines product line management with downstream marketing, product promotion, and sales enablement. • Gather customer and application requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and actionable feedback for product development teams.
  • Collaborate with quality, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to resolve customer issues and keep projects on schedule.
  • Coordinate with global headquarters teams in Taiwan and China to drive product and project action items to completion. Occasional meetings outside standard business hours may be required to accommodate time zone differences.
  • Monitor competitive products, market trends, and customer feedback, and share insights with global product teams to inform future product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate product launches and updates with product development, marketing, sales, technical support, and supply chain teams.
  • Monitor revenue, margin, sales pipeline, inventory, and forecasts; recommend actions to improve product performance.
  • Manage product information, availability, engineering changes, and end-of-life transitions, ensuring timely communication to sales and customers.
  • Represent Advantech at customer meetings, partner events, trade shows, and industry activities. Periodic business travel is required.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, technical sales, project management, or a related role in the technology industry.
  • Ability to learn technical products and explain their features, benefits, and application value to different audiences.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear product messaging and customer-facing materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
