Key Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and product discovery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across Business, Architecture, Engineering, and Agile Delivery.
- Experience developing business cases, conducting current-state assessments, and defining future-state solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate solution options and drive strategic decisions.
- Experience translating complex business needs into product features, epics, and outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe product management practices.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to define and track OKRs, measure value realization, and drive continuous product improvement.
- Healthcare payer and claims operations experience preferred.
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud required . Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives preferred.
