Job Description

Our client is a well funded SaaS and Platform provider working with Financial Services clients.

They are looking for a Customer Success Manager as they continue to scale the business. This person help to build client relationships whilst working with Product, Engineering and other Internal teams. Key tasks will include Onboarding, overviewing Support processes and Product Release Management.

You will be an experienced Customer Success or Account Manager with experience of working in a technology vendor environment.
