Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Role Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Manage technical teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end AI program delivery, from planning and execution to monitoring.
• Manage multiple AI workstreams across enterprise environments.
• Ensure effective coordination between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Drive program governance, risk management, and responsible AI compliance.

Must-Have Technical and Functional Skills

• AI/ML program delivery and lifecycle management.
• Agile/Scrum project management.
• Enterprise-scale, multi-workstream program management.
• Stakeholder management across business and IT leadership.

• AI/ML and Generative AI delivery experience, including:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Agentic AI and agentic workflows

• Financial and budget management, including Statements of Work (SoW) and forecasting.
• Risk and governance management, including RAID logs and compliance.
• Cross-functional team leadership.
• AI lifecycle management and model deployment.
• Enterprise AI platform and AI transformation experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI workstream delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices are followed.
• Coordinate across AI engineering, data, architecture, and quality assurance (QA) teams.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including timelines, quality, and business outcomes.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and vendor coordination.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies through RAID management.
• Lead cross-functional AI teams and oversee delivery model execution.
• Monitor program progress and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
• Manage scope changes, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.
