The Company Remote role. Our client is a large NDIS Service provider in the financial plan management space. They are looking for a number of experienced Customer Service Officers to join their team.

Please note: Applicants must have NDIS experience with a valid NDIS Screening Check.

6 months temporary role starting ASAP.

The Role Working as part of a team, you will assist NDIS participants through a change in registration and make sure they feel supported along the way.

We have 6 month temporary roles in both their Onboarding and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities (depending on the role) will include:

• Guiding participants/Carers/Support Coordinators through the new registration process
• Liaising with Participants over email/phone explaining the new process clerly and respectfully
• Gaining and recording consent where required
• Entering Participant details onto the system
• Answering queries on invoices and NDIS funding rules
• Assisting suppliers with queries on payments
• Updating change of details
• Dealing with any invoice processing anomalies

Your Profile

• You will be experienced in the NDIS space with a current NDIS Screening Check
• Organised and have a high level of attention to detail
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate with people from a wide rage of backgrounds.
