Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Neo4j Developer / Custom Software Engineer with strong expertise in graph databases, data modeling, Cypher query development, and query optimization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing scalable software solutions while ensuring high performance and seamless integration with existing applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Neo4j.
  • Create and optimize Cypher queries for efficient graph data retrieval and processing.
  • Design graph database models and improve database performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex database and application performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Follow Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
  • Lead technical discussions, contribute to team decisions, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their technical development.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Neo4j.
  • Strong experience in graph database design and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in Cypher query language and query optimization.
  • Experience in database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of scalable software development and application integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Java or Python.
  • Knowledge of graph algorithms and graph analytics.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Technical leadership and team mentoring experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 5+ years of relevant Neo4j experience.
  • 15 years of full-time education.
  • Willingness to work from Bengaluru.
